Hi Occulties,

Here is a quickie charm for you, reminiscent of the famous Four-Thieves Vinegar spell. ๐Ÿ™‚ This charm is meant to help remove a trouble-maker from your life.

You will need:

A bar of soap,
A nail,
Running water, such as a river.

Using your nail, carve in the full name of your target onto the soap while thinking of them. Now walk/drive to the nearest river or brook, and throw the soap into the river speaking “to” your target that they must never return, for example “(full name,) leave my life immediately and NEVER come back!” Now leave the area without looking back. As the soap dissolves so should your target’s influence over your life dissolve. This charm often causes the target to move away.

Okay, kids, that’s it for today. ๐Ÿ™‚ If you have any questions, please use the contact link in the side bar.

Blessings!

~Cat

I just had the humorous flash of putting the soap in the toilet tank or even in the toilet bowl, they’re a little bit more gone with every flush and you get to ahem well just picture it!

Can I substitute a tablet of bath salts? It seems like that would be less polluting than soap.

Although I appreciate the green ideals… This is a traditional spell…so I wouldn’t know. Most people in the 19th century probably didn’t have the luxury of bath salt-tablets…but maybe they did – my ancestors certainly didn’t. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Also, not many people are hucking bars of soap into rivers regularly. ๐Ÿ˜‰ As I was told when I made the same comment as you…entire eco systems were fine with people washing in rivers (using soap, and soap made with lye no less,) for centuries, and it was more a concern when large companies starting dumping chemical/industrial waste into rivers. One bar of soap isn’t really going to effect a giant to medium sized river.
Also…I assume salting a river is probably pretty unhealthy to the amphibians and they would apreciate less salt and chemical purfumes in said “bath salt tablet,”…I’m not sure how they feel about a bar of soap – but probably about similar as they do to salts and purfume. ๐Ÿ˜‰
In re to salt, I know here in NH there is a huge concern with salting the roads in the winter (for ice removal,) causing a great deal of damage to the amphibians and greater eco system…of course, there is more than 20 lbs of salt thrown down per mile, so…again, in such a small dose, you are not apt to hurt anything.
Try it and let me know how it works out for you…

It seemed to work fine. I mostly liked it since I could put it in my toilet or run a small stream of water over it for a short time. I don’t have a comparison to the soap though so maybe making myself drive down to the river and throw in soap would have worked better.

Wow, you totally didn’t follow my directions. ๐Ÿ˜‰ The toilet and running house water were not even close to what I was getting at, and what I’d suggested probably would have worked much faster. All sources of water (including the toilet and the faucet or hose,) have specific uses. Glad it worked out for you all the same…but its not my spell or even really related, so… Congratulate yourself for making up something entirely different that worked for you.

What kind of nail and soap should I be using for the best affects of the spell?
    Thanks

A rusty nail and sulphur soap (yes there is such a thing,) would work the best, but any old soap and any old nail will work which is why I didn’t specify. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Would that be faster than a freezer spell? Sorry I am a beginner. I did a freezer spell but I’m thinking of doing this one too just to make sure.

Forgive me, but I’m not clear how freezing a person in place would remove them?

Firstly, I just wanted to say “Thank you” for actually sharing some of your knowledge so freely. There are neighbors who live directly bellow me who are making my family’s and my life miserable. I’m going to try this charm today and hopefully it will work ๐Ÿ™‚
