Good and Unique Questions You’ve Asked Me

Hey Occulties,

So I located this slip of paper I had floating around the disaster area which is my desk…and it was what I’ve been looking for…I had all these awesome unique questions you’ve asked me! 😀 Enjoy…these are some good ones!

Q: What would you call really good all-purpose herbs?

A: Well, its just an opinion, but I really like Lemongrass…add this to almost anything, and it packs quite a wallop…not so good for neg works, though. Rose is very all purpose for positive workings, though it can be color-dependent…best with love, blessings, and healings. Cinnamon is good for lust and money….that Allspice really works wonderfully in lucky type ventures…I like Mugwort a lot, but I think it is just a personal love for the herb and not that its all-purpose… Miss Cat and Mugwort like to work together, lol! 😉 But I will stick with my first answer…lemongrass…man, that stuff is useful!

Q: Can a curse bounce back and hurt my children and/or pets?

A: I guess, for argument’s sake, I could tell you that the person/s you’ve cursed might deflect your curse and bounce it back on to you or your family, but it is highly unlikely that parties suchas your children or animals will be effected by a curse which you have launched on to another individual, even in such cases where the target has reversed the curse. However, if you are working spells against someone with a means to work them as well, then I must reasonably assume you had the presence of mind to first ensure that you have protective measures covering you and your loved ones in cases of magic/kal assault. It is always a good idea to use protection spells, even when NOT using magic/k, and NOT cursing others, so if you have not taken steps to protect yourself, your family, and your loved ones before casting a curse on another person, please do so now and in the future.

However, this question is often asked of me with the whole “karma,” debate. I respect that some people believe in karma, but I definitely do not, nor have I ever seen proof of its existence, so I am not the right person to ask if you are trying to imply that you might be “karmically” injured. 😉 However, again for argument’s sake, if I were to actually give any value to “karma,” the answer again is, no, your children and pets would not be harmed. The “bad karma,” would be all yours. 😉

Q: What would you do, personally, if someone cast a spell on you to make you do something like fall in love with them?

A: Well, the love thing is sketchy…mostly, I would probably think it cute and be flattered and nothing more, so I’d do nothing about it…BUT if it was a break up spell, or a sexual-coersion spell, I’d treat the break up spell as a curse and pay the person in kind, and a sexual coersion spell (lust spell,) I’d treat as an attempted rape, and pay back in a manner all rapists who would dare attempt such things on me should be paid back. >:) Use your imagination as to what I mean…. I would make an exception on that lust spell only for my significant other casting it, and he doesn’t do spellwork, so no worries either way. 🙂

Q: What would you consider the most important thing for one to do for a successful spellcasting?

A: It is more a trait, I guess, than a palpable thing, but I would say strong focus and the ability to manipulate and send/transmit ethereal (psychic) energies is the most important thing.

Q: Do you believe in past lives?

A: Yes, but I also feel that we should live in our present lives, so I don’t give it too much thought or allow myself to wonder at what or who I may have once been. 😉 I’m me, you’re you, and we have to live in THIS LIFE…its bad enough that many people live in their past of their present life…even worse to live in the past of a past life. 😉

Q: You talk a lot about relationships…what would you say is your best advice?

A: Well, realizing that your happiness must come from yourself, and not be dependant on another person (ie you must be capable of being happy without that person, and of being happy without that person acting in the manner you deem appropriate,) is the first step to finding love. Until you can honestly say that your partner COMPLIMENTS you, rather than makes you complete (like wine is great with dinner, but wine and dinner are wonderful seperately, they just compliment each other,) you will never be happy in love. Your partner should make your life better and more enjoyable, but you should not NEED that person to survive. Situations in which you need another to survive, to be able to think, or be able to function should only occur if you are an invalid or a small child. But this is just my opinion, so do with it what you will. 😉

Q: Can I use saints in my workings if I am not Catholic or a religion derivitave of Catholicism, or if I am not Christian?

A: I see no issue in you calling on the powers of the saints even if they are not a part of your religious beliefs. In my experience they do work for everyone who sincerely calls upon them for help, regardless of that person’s religion. Go for it. 🙂

Q: What is the easiest and fastest way to get money?

A: Non-magic/kally speaking, things like selling some of your stuff, or getting a job, or asking to borrow some cash from friends or family is a start. 😉

Magically speaking, I would say get an orange taper candle (a light elecricky yellow-orange,) and anoint it up (base to wick,) with seven pulls using fast luck oil. Inscribe your name paper (that scrap of brown bag I always tell y’alls to use,) with your name 9x like this:
John Doe
John Doe
John Doe(x6 more times,) turn the paper so your name is running vertically, and write 9x in the same manner across your name, “Money in my pocket,” or “Money comes to me immediately,” or something along those lines, fold the paper twice towards you, and then place this beneath the candle holder… Chant something along the lines of “I conjure money, wealth and riches to me, immediately,” an odd (3, 5, 7, 9) amount of times, and then say, “As is my will, so be it,” and allow the candle to burn down…should bring money to you in a hurry. 😉

Q: Can I use my deceased relative/pet’s ashes in my workings?

A: Yes… I use my childhood dog’s ashes in protective works on my family…I’ve heard that relatives’ and pets’ remains have been used in gambling spells and love spells as well… I say that many of our deceased loved ones are usable in protection and love spells…outside of this, black cat ash is wonderful for gambling and love purposes…but please do not use the remains of your grandma without first putting some deep ethical thought into it. The cremated remains of a loved one are important and should not be disturbed because you have a crush on so and so…it isn’t a working to undertake lightly, in other words.
