Hello again, my occulties,

Someone asked me today if I believed that true love can die… My answer is, no I do not think true love CAN die. If you truly love someone, you always will, and true love will last forever – the relationship, however, might not.

However, if you truly love the person, it is up to you to help keep that relationship alive. If you could not be bothered to pay attention to someone, if you could not be bothered to nurture the love feelings between you two properly, if you had to smother or control your partner, then don’t be surprised when the person takes off to find someone who will be warm, receptive and compassionate towards them.

Its not always your fault when a relationship ends, but if you contributed to its downfall, take responsibility for your own role in its demise. Until you do address your mistakes, and take steps to prevent yourself from making the same mistakes with a new love or even with an old love, you will be doomed to repeat them.

If you want to cast a spell to bring a new love or to return an old one, part of the success in KEEPING that person with you lies within you. Without you behaving properly, and doing your best job at being the best partner, all relationships will ultimately dissolve until you do the best you can to keep the relationship alive. A spell is not a guarantee against bad behavior, nor is the depth of your feelings (shared or not,) a guarantee that your relationship will stand the test of time.

Food for thought.

I agree, Cat. True love never dies. I lost Annie over 30 years ago, yet every year I make sure she still gets a dozen roses on her birthday…
