Hey Everyone,

In my desire to be forthright with everyone because no doubt it will be known somehow at some point, I’d like to relate a recent stalkering of yours truly. Practitioners are welcome to contact me regarding the identity of this individual, as she has tried to, apparently, initiate chargebacks on more than one worker, and was successful in one case, as she reported to me.

About 7-8 months ago, a woman came to me requesting that I help her get back a man who she’d chased off with clingy behavior. Given the information I was told, it seemed a simple enough case of “too much too soon,” on her part, which was understandable given that she had been widowed within the past few years. I accepted the case, not without misgivings, as she was also rather clingy to me, and I have only so much time to deal with each client. However, a lot of people come to me very clingy in the first few days, because I’m a sympathetic ear, and I understand that the pain and hurt of a recent break up can cause all of us the need for empathy and support.

Only two weeks or so into working for her, she actually related to me about how she had instituted a chargeback on another worker. I asked her why. She claimed the person had not written replies to her emails. This was a mirror to what her MO is and was, and she wanted me to be supportive of this. While I was uncomfortable working for anyone who would force the return of monies in the method she did, the practitioner in question had been the topic of several complaints in the past from clients to me, so I let it slide. I am such a moron for doing tha.t

During my tenure as her spiritual advisor she would have positive results peppered with her constant need to be dark and plaintive causing her situation to take a similar turn. For example, when her desired ex came back, she smothered him and directly went against my instructions, chasing him off again. She needed constant emotional support. She basically expected me to make her happy at every request. I would type long comforting responses, at first, but it became tedious. She later told me she wanted to find a new man, but instead of being positive and open (from what I picked up,) to meeting new people, she kept up with her glum and whiney behavior…which really isn’t the way to find a man.

About 3-4 months ago, she decided she “wasn’t recieving responses” from me, which, in a word, was bullshit. I kept responding, and getting “I don’t want a refund, I just want your help on ____” Strangely enough, she would claim to receive one or two emails here and there.

I had received an email from her yesterday, I replied.

I received the same email from her today, and also a notice via PayPal that she had TRIED TO CHARGEBACK A SERVICE FROM MARCH!!!! She didn’t succeed. Allow me to tell you that my experience with PayPal was superb today as they told me they had not ever had a complaint about me, and were very sorry I had to deal with someone who, as the gentleman had stated “Was obviously happy with her service for 4 months, and our policy is only to examine the idea of a refund in the first 45 days, however, we’d side with you here.”

So I wrote her the following email after this event, first acknowledging the 4 emails I’d sent in 2 weeks she claimed not to receive:

“To Whom or What it May Concern,

Firstly, I’ve answered you some 4 times now.

Further, PayPal contacted me regarding an illegal refund attempt made by you, which makes it obvious you received my past email telling you your little “I didn’t receive a response” game was not going to work, and I am done with working with you. You are not entitled to a refund for a service rendered, as set forth in the agreement you are held under in the disclaimer section of my site, and agreement you agreed to by purchasing a service from my site. This service was RENDERED, and more than once as to claim cost to ME.

While I’m utterly disgusted that you would go so far as to try to claim illegal chargebacks, be advised, had paypal allowed such a thing to work for even though you attempted an illegal chargeback, you ultimately would have lost and the monies would be returned to me, as ultimately they do not cover chargebacks when no physical goods change hands.”

*****This is my comment to my readers…in my experience, PayPal will not allow chargebacks with services….at least this has been my experience and I didn’t check their site and see if it happens that way so I could be wrong.*****

“I have no idea what is wrong with you mentally, but since this is the 4th or 5th email I’ve sent to you, if you really believe you aren’t getting them, I suggest you seek mental help.

Whatever you want to pretend this time, let it be known I do not deal with bullies or people who assume I can afford $350 of supplies and then pay them to use my supplies as such as trying to steal money via a chargeback.

Regards,

Cat”

She immediately responded, calling me names, calling me a scammer, calling me everything (apparently she got THAT email,) to which I told her stop calling me names, and that I’ve responded to her every time. She claimed I became the Exorcist and was too immature for her to deal with as she’s “too old” to play little girl games (thus the childish banter of insults, eh?) I responded that she was the little girl from that movie (lol, she apparently is clueless about how to use movies as insults like I am,) then I said I was not acting nearly as childishly as she is, I didn’t make up anything, she’d clearly violated all the rules set forth by my site, and I ended with telling her to cease contacting me (for the millionth time,) as the next contact would be a reason for her arrest. I also gave her the phone number to my police department in case she too would like to file a complaint.

I reported her harrassment to my local police department. The police took statements from me and are now receiving her threatening emails she has sent to me.

SO, this woman, who, over the course of time reported to me that she would forcibly attempt false chargebacks on services to any practitioner or psychic when they “didn’t contact her or respond to her” (that’s her MO,) has now tried to come after me, and apparently never learned that I tolerate NO BULLSHIT, no threat, no harrassment. Talk to my cops, sweetheart, we’re all done.

Anyhow, I would like to apologize for all of the time stolen from my readers and clients by this unethical mentally disturbed woman. I’ve been too involved dealing with this creature who has attacked me with no good reason. I have pages of thank yous from her, they are just 4 months old, and considering that’s the last time she BOUGHT ANYTHING from me, its only sensible that it would be that long ago.

You can’t sucker free stuff out of me, and I won’t be bullied.

So my practitioner friends, be warned. By all means, contact me, and I will give you her name. I do this only because she does actually do this to all practitioners she works with. I do not care if you and I, as spellcrafters and psychics, may not agree with the method or manner of each other’s practices. I will protect my peers. No one deserves this.

Remember, if anyone starts harrassing you, call the police and make a formal complaint. This is not the first time (though I can count all the times on one hand,) I’ve had to, but as soon as I have contacted them, the person in question has ceased to be a problem.

Thank you…love spell tomorrow instead of today.

Peace,

~Cat

ADDED – I received this response from the crazy woman AFTER I TOLD THE POLICE TO ASK HER TO STOP BOTHERING ME:

“I copied you on all of the emails that I recieved from you, but it is strange that you never copied me on yours, Why don’t you copy me and stop all of this craziness. I am not trying to argue with you. Is it really that boring where you live that this is all you have to do on a Friday evening. I got your emails, but they never said anything about the case that you were suppose to be working, they were only you telling me to stop emailing you. I don’t need to tell you all of this because you already know and for you this is only one big joke. You have not considered my feeling for one second or the work that I needed from you.”

Never considered your feelings? Yes, this is why I spent hours consoling and encouraging you. What a bitch I am.

One big joke? No, this is my life, and I take my job seriously.

Copy you and stop all this craziness? So, I have to be a crazy bitch like you and call that normal? Or you need to stop being crazy? Or…I’m confused. You started this, so I should be as bad as you?

That boring where I live? Yes. Unfortunately. There’s like 1400 people here.

And er, if they told you to stop emailing me, why did you email me?

Food for thought.

It means Modus Operandi, explained by our friends at the Wikipedia for those of you unfamiliar this terminology. Its a common expression in the US.

I am sorry to hear the story of stalker. We all should understand that when we go to doctors, they try to help us and try to treat us but if we don,t fee feel better, we usually don,t stalk them because we are not supposed to and also don,t ask to get our money back for the effort they have made to treat us.So why people do that to spiritual healers, rootworkers and so……
    it is just disrespectful…..bad
i hope you are good now.

Well, she keeps coming, and now its long lectures about how I am an evil schemeing bitch, etc. Despite my asking the police to make her stop, she doesn’t.
Apparently trying to help people these days and listening to their problems, advising them how to help themselves, spending money out of your own pocket to come to their aid, and doing your best to help them out despite their self-defeating nature is being evil – just so you know.
More proof not to accept cases from people you have any misgivings about!!!!

You can set up your email software to block her emails or even send an automated response to her that you are not reading the emails and to please stop sending anymore.

I haven’t heard from her for a bit now, so hopefully she’s ceased being an issue. What I did was stopped telling her to stop emailing me, and then I simply forwarded the one sided email-a-thon to the police department. Seems they took care of it.

Crazies are everywhere. You handled this one quite well. I’m not surprised why her personal relationships stink, she’s an emotional vampire.

The creepy part is she contacted me a few days ago, and then proceeded to ask me for a reading!! :X Um, I got a restraining order against her almost a year before she’d said “Oh, get over it, and give me a reading!” What is wrong with this person, and won’t she ever take her medication?

Cat, can you do a protection and banishing type spell for yourself here in this situation? I know you don’t have a lot of time, but you need to protect yourself! I know its been a long time, but just curious if you took any ‘occult’ precautions, or if you would do something like that in the future?

LOL, no, I am not truly worried she’d physically harm me, and frankly, if she travelled to the teeny tiny town I live in, she’d stick out like a sore thumb. I have a shotgun, if I see her coming, she’ll have to deal with the fact that people from NH are well-armed, and we have a “Do not tresspass, violators will be shot,” sign that sure can come in handy.

Note to readers: While spellwork may not always work on a linear timeline and manifest in the quick manner we hope for, shotguns in fact DO!
