I am being ripped off by a Delphi Forum, the Crimson Moon. They’ve directly plagurized me. I am not happy. I’ve told them to PLEASE remove and change the content immediately, and written the Delphi Forums about the plagurism. The sad thing is its so obviously my writing that I had one of my readers identify it immediately. 😛

Just so you know, this is my work. Since this isn’t even a spell (in my early days friends gave me spells that belonged to others and called them their own, so I can actually understand it easier if someone had ripped off my spell,) but my actual word for word writing and advice, you’ll pardon me for being a bit shocked that someone tried to rip off one of the most-read occult blogs on all the interwebs like that. How much more of that site is ripped off of other people’s work, I wonder? 😛

UPDATED TO ADD: I’m being chastised now for having an ego, and that I should just be okay with people lifting my work off of the internet because the idea was obviously one “everyone knows,” but which she could not be bothered to write in her own terms. The nerve!

I need readers to go over her site to locate any spells, text or etc which is lifted off of this site. I have a few signature spells and I need those checked out. I’ve already googled text on a regular basis, but given the response from this person, I think we need to go over and make sure nothing else of mine is up… I will give a free half-hour reading to TRUSTED people who want this job. This means you and I have a working relationship already. Thanks!

ALSO: I am not accepting ANY comments into my inbox from the “Crimson Moon” group anymore, AS I’VE BLOCKED ALL COMMUNICATIONS from there, not being interested in being further chastised for doing nothing wrong whatsoever. IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH ME, don’t bother doing so through that venue. My contact details can be found on this page. I think its special that a few people want to give me hell for miss-spelling plagurize when the theft of intellectual property (plagurized stuff,) is a an actual crime. 🙂 If you can’t find anything wrong with my argument, find something wrong with my grammar and spelling because…well, its something.

Lol hun, reading that stuff, felt like I was reading your blog, they must be nowhere near as knowledgable as you in this field, hence they plagiarised. Guess it’s time for that scary entity of yours, lawyer??!!

That is definitly infringement. Facts are not copy-writable such as “ginger is a root herb” but what was copied was not fact based, so you have a claim. It is difficult and expensive to prosecute however. I have looked into this since I am a publisher and am married to a lawyer.
I love your writing style BTW!

Well she never claimed this to be her writing, she added to it after that. It looks as though it was there for reference because people ask a lot of love questions over there. I mean honestly it was a good Q/A but it was that great that I’d get my panties into a bunch over the situation.

It was word for word my writing, and she added stuff later remarking about me and adding on to “her” answer – THE PICTURE ABOVE SHOWS THE ORIGINAL RIP OFF she pulled…not the edited version she has right now…this did happen 2 months ago, dear. I’ll send the pictures (I have photos, screen shots, witnesses) to you “K” or “Piper” or whoever you are – it was outright copyright infringrement, plagurism to which she SIGNED HER NAME, and you’re just seeing the aftermath of her altered site months later.
Furthermore, she then pretended someone emailed it to her, and when she was caught in her own lies, the best thing anyone could come up with was that I’m a bitch anyway and my grammar is bad, so I deserve my art and my work stolen. I see that you’re on the “Cat’s a bitch, so she deserves to be robbed,” team…that says a lot about you.
Thank you for at least admitting my writing is good though, I do appreciate the compliment. Toni apparently thought it was great enough to rip off word for word until she got caught and had to edit it and hide behind a lot of lies. Well, you know I’m a bitch when crossed, too, hehe. Good to know you only find it good and would probably rip off someone else instead. Birds of a feather, as they say…
