A friend of mine posted this to her Facebook. I’m passing his story along just in case anyone can make a donation to help Walter the puppy. You know I’m a “dog-person” (I love dogs so much,) but if you aren’t, I ask that you please read the story of Walter and decide for yourself if you have any money to spare to help with his treatment.
