Just a quick charm for you today. 🙂 This is best created on a Wednesday during a waxing moon. It is used to COMPEL someone to speak to you on a subject they have been closed mouthed about, but be prepared – what they have to say might not be what you wanted to hear. 😦 So, if you want someone to speak up about something you need to know about, try this out. However, if it is "What is the PIN number to your debit card," or "where are you hiding the money" you might not get that info out of them – though you might still try. ;)
You will need:
A hair from the target's head
A piece of used napkin or a smoked cigarette butt from the target
Tobacco (chewing tobacco, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, cigar tobacco are all fine)
Poppy seeds
A small magnet that will fit into the jar
A scrap of paper
A pen with black ink
Commanding or Controlling oil
A toothpick
A small jar or container
A piece of black string or thread
Blend about equal parts tobacco and poppy seed into your jar to approximately fill it (don't make it too tight to fit anything else inside,) and then add a few drops of controlling oil to "wet" the ingredients (use enough that everything within the container is moistened with the oil.
Write, using your pen, the name of your target on one side of the scrap of paper, with the command on the other side. The command will vary, according to need, but you might write "Speak about your feelings regarding (herein what you need to know) to me" or "Tell me if you love me"* or similar for a command, trying to keep verbs in the present tense and avoiding negatives (no, not, never.) Now holding your piece of napkin/piece of cigarette butt and hair of the target's head, gently wrap these items around the magnet using your scrap of paper, and wrapping TOWARDS YOU. Place this into your container, pushing it down with the toothpick (just dispose of the toothpick in the trash post-ritual when it's served this purpose which is to push down the magnet/namepaper/personal items) so it is covered by the tobacco, poppyseed, and oil blend, and cap the container tightly.
Hold the container in your right hand (or the hand that you write with,) and see your target in your mind's eye, speaking to you. Don't try to hear the words, but actually more try to see them as if they were discussing something with you, but "muted." Try to send this energy into the bottle along with orange energy, until it feels full. If you don't feel like you can send energy, hold the jar in your hand and just try to mentally see the target speaking. When you have done this, take a length of black string, and tie it to the jar, then tie a loop on one end. Swing this on your index finger of your writing hand in a CLOCKWISE motion while you say "Round and round the bottle goes, (name of target) tells me all s/he knows," a total of nine times while concentrating on your target and seeing them, in your mind's eye, as speaking (again as if there is a mute button and you just SEE them speaking.) You can repeat this as often as needed within reason. I would not have that bottle going around and around on your finger non-stop until someone speaks up, but similarly, you might want to work it a few times a day until the person speaks up about what you wanted them to speak about.
