Hey Occutlies,
I'm glad to finally have this post up. I realize it's the season (the Holidays) for this, but when I was about to post this the other night, I had an inordinate amount of invoices out and I was like "Holy heck, all those poor people are going to think I am trying to cast this spell on them, and it is so not true!" So, rather than scare the hell out of a few people (many of who were in no way wronging me, they just were being a little slow to pay and there were no hard feelings or suspicions they were not going to pay,) I decided to wait for my "unpaid invoices" notice in my payment processor to go down by a few numbers before I posted this, as the (now deleted) post said. 😉 To anyone with an unpaid invoice out with me at this writing, you're cool, I am NOT using this spell on you!
OK, I'm glad I got that out of the way. (Again, no, I'm not trying to come get you, haha, so no worries.)
So, first what you'll need is a target who owes you money – this money must be contractually (be this via written agreement, spoken agreement or written contract,) owed to you. If little Jimmy Jerkface stole your lunch money 20 years ago, this probably won't work, though you're free to try if that $4 is so dear to you. 😉
This spell is best begun on a Saturday, during a waxing moon, and in the hour of Saturn.
Outside of that you will need:
An image of the target or a personal item belonging to the target
Four black candles of the same size
A black-inked pen
2 purple 7-day glass-encased candles**
Powdered calamus root
The pictured sigil of Saturn
Setup:
The altar will be slightly complicated here, so bear with me. At each of the cardinal points, you'll place one of your black candles (North, East, South, West,) and then using powdered calamus root, draw a line from the North to the East, then the East to the South, then the South to the West, and the West to the North, making a square type shape, and as you draw each line say "(Name of target,) I bind you within this square, to be held here until you pay me the money you have promised and yet still owe."
Place the image or personal item in the center of this square.
Using your black pen inside the left triangle of the sigil pictured, write the name of your target, and inside the right triangle write "pay me" (or name of person you are working for) all that you owe me right now." Place this over the image of the target or the personal item. Place a purple seven day candle over this.
The spell:
Light the black candles starting from the North, moving to the East, then to the South, then to the West. Say "(Full name of target) you are bound here, and here you remain until there is no debt between us." Now light the central purple candle, and hold your hands (well, avoid being burned – yes someone will ask, haha, – but avoid burning yourself, it's OK if your hands are outside the "square,") on either side of this candle, envisioning your target paying you all the money they owe you and try to keep this image in your mind's eye until you here a pop or a crackle from the candle. This is the sign to begin. Say "Spirits of Saturn, (Full name of target,) is bound by their word and by their promise to pay me (amount,) and I call upon you to bind them tightly to their contract, and give (Him/her) no rest, no sleep, no comfort until (he/she) pays me the amount that is past due! (Name of target,) the spirits of Saturn come to you, they call upon you, they pull upon your heart, upon your hand, upon your mind – I have conjured them to hold you to your contract. If you seek peace, pay me what you owe me now!"
Drop your hands and allow the candles to burn for a time – you will extinguish the outer candles, and you need to burn them for a total of 9 days. Probably allowing these to burn 20 or so minutes each day (allowing them to burn out on the last day,) will suffice. Each day for a total of 9 days, light the outer candles, and say the chant during the hour of Saturn.
The person should pay you very quickly (and may suffer some nightmares and discomfort until they do. 😉
As always, use wisely. If someone owes you $10, probably best to let that go. 🙂

*As in my previous post, this is for money ACTUALLY OWED TO YOU. Money you gave freely with no promise of return, money you paid someone for a job (the agreed on amount), or money no one ever agreed to pay you are not monies you will collect with this spell. So, like I said,if you think yours truly is a big stupid dumbhead who owes you 10 million dollars for existing, you will not get that money from using a spell like this. I'm sure a few people will try, haha. But seriously, verbal and written agreements are binding and can work if you use this spell – if someone said they'd pay you back, go ahead and try, mwahahahaha.
**These burn approximately 5 days, and you will want this light to be burning for 9. When the first candle burns very low, take a long match, and a piece of stick incense, and light the second candle using the flame from the first, then smother (do not blow out) the flame of the first candle, replacing the second where the first one stood on the altar.
UPDATED – So, someone asked me a SUPER QUESTION. 🙂 Basically the scenario was someone promising a refund for part of some work, though the contract given was that the person was not entitled to free work or a refund to the work (it was basically a construction/addition on a house dispute). The person asking the question had signed a contract prior to being promised the amount and had not received it according to them. In this case, the person who has promised something in return or a refund or free work would actually probably not be as affected by this spell as another would be. The reason here is that – at least from what I can tell historically, through my own trial and error (and that of friends) – the written contract actually is more binding. I tried this some years ago when I purchased something online without reading the fine print and then was charged $150 for something else a month later. 😛 When I called the merchant (having clicked that I did read the terms and conditions, silly me,) they refused to refund the money, and cited that it was in the fine print that I'd be charged again. I didn't get the money back. 😛 Admittedly they didn't promise to refund it (they were a shitty merchant,) but I have suggested this to others in the past privately and it seems written contracts often supercede verbal agreements when using this spell. 😛 That said, you can still try… It's a nifty working, and does help get you paid back, but it does has it's limitations. Oh, and as I learned the hard way, always read the fine print when you sign a contract. 😉
