I really wanted to post a few things, because a lot of clients are small business owners and we all deal with jerks (of which the recent Mercury retrograde brought many!) but I didn't want to scare those of you who couldn't relate…which a few of those would be scary to those of you who couldn't relate, lol. 😉 Yes, there are spells to deal with jerks who make a small business owner's life a hell, but I will save those for another day.
I have often said to more than one of you, the easier looking spells are often the harder ones to pull off. This isn't always so. When you get into higher workings like evocation, then all of that pomp and circumstance is actually appended to a very difficult working. However, if we look at something like laying a trick where a door handle is anointed, this is not apt to be easy for a neophyte to succeed at. I know many of you ask me if you can use an anointing oil as a perfume, and while the short answer is yes, that's still generally not how it's used, – it's a tool of many in a ritual for the most part, – but if you do, you need to add this to yourself with clear intent.
This isn't just "Make Sam love me," while you put a dab behind both ears. Intent means that you are using the same visualization and sending of power you would when you're doing any candle spell here. Heck, use that same intent when doing any spell here, and you'll be more successful.
Now, many of you have asked me for something to create obsession in a person – and to get them to obsess about most things one might think of, not just love stuffs. We've gone over the skull candle spell (my most pilfered work! And I hate you, plagiarists,) but some of you have felt this is too intermediate or that it's too difficult to locate this candle.
I guess I could suggest a coconut as something to work on as a head, but what is easily available to anyone 21 and over (and is pretty fn awesome,) is a Crystal Head Vodka bottle – and the bottle is LITERALLY THE SHAPE OF A SKULL! What is even better? After some prep, the work to do is SUPER EASY. I think even beginners can work this one with success…there is very little work here for a very effective tool! 🙂
Pre-emptively, the substitute for any item in a spell that you can't find is to find a spell you have all the ingredients to. :P
OK, you will need:
A bottle in the shape of a skull
Calamus (sweetflag) root (I prefer powdered, but chunks are fine)
Dirt your target would frequently walk over (driveway, front yard, where they work – be creative), about 3-4 cups worth (big handfuls, for my metric-using readers)
9 hairs (preferably from the head) of your target
About a tablespoon of tobacco (about a cigarette worth)
About 1-2 cups of poppyseeds
A slip of paper
A pen with black or purple ink
Purple candles
Commanding or Controlling oil
A small amount of sand
Optional – a funnel
Mix your herbs and dirts together in a large bowl, while you envision the target before you, kneeling, with their hands bound behind their back, and head bowed, and pour this into your container half way. Write the target's full name on the slip of paper 9 times, then turn this and write over it 9 times "Under the control of (your full name)" 9 times. Place the 9 hairs into the paper, and fold it in half. Now fold it in half again to quarter it. Place this into your container. Drop 3-5 drops of oil inside, and fill the container to about 1-2 inches from the mouth of the bottle. Add in a small amount of sand to fill. You may need to use a funnel to fill this, so don't hesitate to do so. If you find you're a bit short of your mark in filling the item (I don't think you should be, but it happens) add extra sand.
Place both hands on the skull bottle and say "That which I do to to you, I do to (full name of target) and every thought I put upon your head, (target) obsesses on until s/he acts. (Full name of target), you do as I say, do as I please, your are slave to my command, upon your knees. Do as I say, do it right now, this very minute, immediately, now, now."
Inscribe using a pen, nail, or needle UP on the purple candle that which you want the target to do. So if I wanted Jack Smith to pay me money he owed me, I'd write "Jack Smith pays the remainder of his debt to (my full name.)" If I wanted my ex to call me, I might say "(Full name of Cat's ex) calls Cat right now." Make sure it is something the person is not hugely objectionable to. I can't imagine an ex of mine dressing in a chicken suit and running down the main street of any city or town he lives in (not a single one,) so that would not be apt to happen. I can't imagine someone proposing marriage when we don't even talk, so that is similar. Try to take STEPS to where you're going. If you want someone to talk to you, to miss you, to be kind. Start in steps. That someone forgives you, then that they make contact, then that they want to see you – do a single candle for each step.
Now anoint the candle in an upwards (base to wick) motion with seven pulls of the hand.
Light the candle and secure it into the mouth of the bottle. Keeping the mental image of the outcome you want in your mind's eye say "(Full name of target,) (add command here using the present tense, and avoiding negatives.) Do this now, this very minute, immediately, and have no rest or comfort or peace of mind until you have done as I have said. As is my will so be it!" Allow the candle to burn out. When it has, you may remove the remaining wax and butt end of the candle. To reuse the skull merely anoint another candle as described, and repeat the above chant. It's reusable, so enjoy! 🙂
