GIGANTIC BIG MOVING SALE!!!!

Hey Kids,

For those of you who kept up with me and what was going on with me, my journey to the river house was basically the product of a most terrible year and ending up here at the river house was the cherry on top of a mountain of poo. I made the best of it, but I never liked it here. I could play with the neighbor’s chickens (now single chicken,) or feed the wild ducks, grow my roses…but it was very far from where I wanted to live, and so isolated from society that it cost me more to live here than it did to live in Portland with it’s absolutely unreasonable rents. I had to pay $40 to get someone to take my trash, getting to the store was often $20 in gas just to go a few miles, all my food needed to be delivered. And the heating costs here are INSANE!

And this was a rental – I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, and the place is in terrible repair, and any repairs needed to be done, I had to do all by myself and at cost to myself. That isn’t how renting works, but the owner is basically a walking cluster b personality disorder with a drinking problem who does absolutely nothing but trash his own property. I literally cleaned up trash and paid the junk man to take it, for example, and the owner of this place immediately started placing trash in the areas I’d removed it and paid to have it hauled off. Clearly, this was not anywhere I should remain. I even enjoy yard work (I know, that isn’t cool to admit, but I enjoy raking and gardening and stuff,) but I also like living in a place that doesn’t have old rotting appliances and furniture all over the place (and broken glass and half drunk drinks in plastic bottles, etc,) and clearly my efforts to keep my place nice and tidy were never going to be respected, whilst I also was living in a place in such bad shape that the floor is coming up in places, for fucks sake.

BUT NO MORE! Despite the egregious cost of living here (which is surprising, because the rent by itself was definitely very cheap – that is, in fact, the sole compliment I have for this place,) and despite the even more overwhelming cost of viewing places (because Ubers ain’t cheap, especially when the ride takes an hour,) and despite 2 realtors who can suck a giant satchel of richards, I have at last secured a place that is beautiful, and not in a town so small that it doesn’t even have a police force. It’s outside of Portland but until the gentrification and forcible removal of anyone who doesn’t make at least $200k a year (and you can’t live comfortably on the peninsula in Portland with even that income,) stops, we won’t be living in Portland…as much as we love it and miss it. We will be very close by though, so I won’t be isolated from all my friends like I have been here at the river house. I mean, I literally don’t get mail here in the winter, – it’s that bad. I can’t wait to leave.

Moving is always a pain in the ass, of course, and I am dreading that part, but the rest I am happy about. I WILL BE UNAVAILABLE on Tuesday Feb 3, 2026 for most of the day. Definitely continue to contact me via email if you need me, but if it takes a bit to respond, that is why.

This should not affect anything other than reading times. I’m a moving pro after the 2023-2024 moving extravaganza (like four times in a year or something? More than that? Holy shit that sucked.)

And to celebrate/rid myself of stock so I don’t need to move as much, I’m offering some kickass prices now through February 5.

Readings are $50 for the half hour (regularly $70), and $90 for the hour (regularly $125)

All single spellcastings are $100 (normally $125-$150)

All seven-day spellcastings (four related spells and one road opener spell cast once a day for seven days) are $275 (normally $305-$325)

Two weeks (basically 2 seven day spellcastings) are $500 (normally $575)

Three weeks (basically 3 seven day spellcastings) are $650 (that’s $105 off the $755 price)

The 5 weeks is down to $1000 (normally $1125)

And last but not least, 15 weeks of spellcasting, normally $2750 is a mere $2400. That’s freaking $350 off!!!!

Jar work isn’t discounted. Sorry, the pain in the ass of moving existing jars is literally an expense haha, like y’all are making a killing on me on that this month.
