Hello my occulties….

Today just a brief spell for all of you… Hooray! ๐Ÿ™‚ I know several of you have been itchy and waiting for me to jot a new one down for you, but as of late I have been innundated with business, so I have had hardly a spare moment to type…

This is a variation of the Sweet Jar, another reconciliation favorite which has so many variations, that I would actually list it as being a spell catagory unto itself at times. ๐Ÿ˜‰

This spell is best begun on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday

You will need:

An apple, cored (preferably a sweet apple, and not a Granny Smith or green apple,)
Honey, Karo syrup, or any liquid sweetener,
Rose petals,
Brown Sugar,
Parchment paper, or brown-paper-bag paper,
A pen with BLACK ink
A pen with RED ink
Balm of Gilead buds
Whole cloves,
9 Offeratory sized pink candles (about 4″ high,)
An empty coffee can,
Pictures or witness sample (personal item) of yourself and your target (optional)

With your black-ink pen, write the full name of your target 9 times like this:

John Doe
John Doe
John Doe (x6 more times,)

Then turn the paper 1/4 turn and cross your target’s name with your (or the petitoner’s) full name. Now, lightly trace a circle around the crossed names, and, using your RED inked pen and NOT lifting the pen EVER (for if you do, you will need to start over,) write exactly what you would like to happen, for example “love me return to me marry me,” or even something like: “love me love me love me,” around the names in a circle. Set aside.

Xindances

Rinse your coffee can thoroughly, and then place the cored apple into the can. Spinkle a small handful of rose petals into the can, add about a tablespoon of cloves, and a tablespoon of brown sugar into the can. Add any UNEVEN number of balm of Gilead buds to the can. Now, pour enough liquid sweetener into the can to fill it about 1/3 full. If you are using a witness sample, place thew photo UNDER the can, and if it is a personal item, place it INTO the can. Place the name-paper into the cored apple and then place 1 pink offeratory candle inside the cored apple as well.

Lighting the candle, ask the Divine/the Spirits (or whoever else you feel is appropriate,) to reunite the petioner and the target. Speak the requests you had written in red ink around the names on your name paper. Then (if it does not go against your beliefs,) say the entire Song of Solomon.

Now speak as though you were speaking in a familiar tone to your target.. By this I mean, if your target’s name is Stephen, but everyone calls him Steve, say “Steve,” when addressing him here… So, say “XX, you forgive (petioner’s name in the familiar,) and s/he forgives you. Go back to him/her and make peace with him/her. This shall not reverse nor place upon me any curse, as is my will so mote it be.”

Allow the candle to burn out. Repeat this process every Monday, Wednesday, or Friday until you have used up all 9 candles. You will probably need to replace the apple before it rots, and I also recommend sealing your can with the original plastic lid after the candles go out, to (hopefully,) keep ants at bay. When your apple begins to rot, bury it in your backyard if at all possible. As for the remaining spell ingredients when you have completed the spell, I recommend interring them (can and all) beneath your front step or in your backyard.

Your target wil probably want to reconcile with you before you are finished with this ritual, but I still recommend performing the whole thing. ๐Ÿ™‚

As I am sure I have raised plenty of questions… please contact me if you have any.

Blessings!

~Cat

Your reconcilation spell, you said it should be done on a Monday, Wednesday, or a Friday. Can this be done on any moon cycle? Of course, I should be done on a waxing moon to bring something to you, but I’ve said before I usually don’t go by moon cycle. So any Monday, Wednesday or Friday? Thanks!

I’ve gone over this frequently in this blog…several times… Please check the Questions You’ve Asked Me catagory where I go over this in depth.
If you do not want to use the moon, just do the spell after sunrise and before about 11:30am
If you want to use the moon, technically its the first quarter to bring something to you (the day after the new moon, to about seven days after the new moon,) and to keep something with you, you use the second quarter. People often neglect to this and use the waxing phase as for either bringing or keeping something, and that’s fine, it works…just saying which is better for which. ๐Ÿ˜‰ The closer to the new moon (but not on the new moon) you cast a spell to bring something to you, the stronger the lunar influence will work. The full moon is the best phase for keeping something with you and not good really for bringing something to you.
Either way, most spells can be done using the solar or the lunar method, the positive thing about the solar method being that you can have the right “cycle” for your spellwork every day.

Thank you! I will definitely check out those questions! ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve never used the solar method, this will be fun!

I am looking to start this spell as soon as possible, but I am going abroad in two weeks time (I doubt the guards at customs would be too impressed with my honey-apple tin) and would only be able to complete 4 candles-worth of spell casting… is there any way I can perform this spell on consecutive days to complete it before I leave? or is it okay that I don’t complete the full spell? (I know you’ve already said you recommend the spell be completed entirely…)
    Thanks for your help!

I would actually not recommend doing this spell if you can’t complete it as posted. Further, if you’re going abroad, I have to assume your target is remaining here? If so, you really should consider that it might be difficult to reconnect with this person if you’re going out of the country for awhile. If you’re only leaving for one week, that’s one thing….if you’ll be away for awhile, it may be better to do the spell when you’ve returned. It really would depend on the situation, so I can’t be sure I’m giving you the right advice without having more information. ๐Ÿ˜›

    Thanks Cat.
    Another few Qs…
When you say to repeat the process, from which point on do I repeat? For example, on day two of the ritual, do I take out everything that I’ve put inside the can, rinse everything off, and start the spell from step one? Or do I go from adding a new pink candle and everything that follows?
Also related, when the apple rots and needs to be discarded, should I then re-do everything from step 1, including writing out a new John Doe parchment piece, with a completely new witness sample (i.e. hair may have disintegrated…)? Or do I keep the original inscribed parchment piece and re-use?
    Thanks!

You repeat the lighting of the candle and the chant. I have no idea why you would be wiping things down or writing a new name paper, and I don’t get where you think I was implying such.
If the apple rots, just make a new apple. Rotting vegetation often shrinks or deforms, otherwise, I’d just tell you to use the same apple. ๐Ÿ˜‰
