Hello my occulties….
Today just a brief spell for all of you… Hooray! ๐ I know several of you have been itchy and waiting for me to jot a new one down for you, but as of late I have been innundated with business, so I have had hardly a spare moment to type…
This is a variation of the Sweet Jar, another reconciliation favorite which has so many variations, that I would actually list it as being a spell catagory unto itself at times. ๐
This spell is best begun on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday
You will need:
An apple, cored (preferably a sweet apple, and not a Granny Smith or green apple,)
Honey, Karo syrup, or any liquid sweetener,
Rose petals,
Brown Sugar,
Parchment paper, or brown-paper-bag paper,
A pen with BLACK ink
A pen with RED ink
Balm of Gilead buds
Whole cloves,
9 Offeratory sized pink candles (about 4″ high,)
An empty coffee can,
Pictures or witness sample (personal item) of yourself and your target (optional)
With your black-ink pen, write the full name of your target 9 times like this:
John Doe
John Doe
John Doe (x6 more times,)
Then turn the paper 1/4 turn and cross your target’s name with your (or the petitoner’s) full name. Now, lightly trace a circle around the crossed names, and, using your RED inked pen and NOT lifting the pen EVER (for if you do, you will need to start over,) write exactly what you would like to happen, for example “love me return to me marry me,” or even something like: “love me love me love me,” around the names in a circle. Set aside.
Rinse your coffee can thoroughly, and then place the cored apple into the can. Spinkle a small handful of rose petals into the can, add about a tablespoon of cloves, and a tablespoon of brown sugar into the can. Add any UNEVEN number of balm of Gilead buds to the can. Now, pour enough liquid sweetener into the can to fill it about 1/3 full. If you are using a witness sample, place thew photo UNDER the can, and if it is a personal item, place it INTO the can. Place the name-paper into the cored apple and then place 1 pink offeratory candle inside the cored apple as well.
Lighting the candle, ask the Divine/the Spirits (or whoever else you feel is appropriate,) to reunite the petioner and the target. Speak the requests you had written in red ink around the names on your name paper. Then (if it does not go against your beliefs,) say the entire Song of Solomon.
Now speak as though you were speaking in a familiar tone to your target.. By this I mean, if your target’s name is Stephen, but everyone calls him Steve, say “Steve,” when addressing him here… So, say “XX, you forgive (petioner’s name in the familiar,) and s/he forgives you. Go back to him/her and make peace with him/her. This shall not reverse nor place upon me any curse, as is my will so mote it be.”
Allow the candle to burn out. Repeat this process every Monday, Wednesday, or Friday until you have used up all 9 candles. You will probably need to replace the apple before it rots, and I also recommend sealing your can with the original plastic lid after the candles go out, to (hopefully,) keep ants at bay. When your apple begins to rot, bury it in your backyard if at all possible. As for the remaining spell ingredients when you have completed the spell, I recommend interring them (can and all) beneath your front step or in your backyard.
Your target wil probably want to reconcile with you before you are finished with this ritual, but I still recommend performing the whole thing. ๐
As I am sure I have raised plenty of questions… please contact me if you have any.
Blessings!
~Cat
