Hey my occulties,

You know, October was a bad month for your friend, Cat. I gave over 40 hours of consultations to irresponsible jackasses who never paid for what they told me they wanted – no, they proposed a pay date, they wasted hours of my time making out a spellcasting plan for them, and then, voila, they disappeared like twinkies at a fat camp reunion. They couldn’t even be bothered to tell me they didn’t want the work they’d requested and promised payment for on x date – even when I gave a gentle reminder that the day they’d “wanted” to have the transaction take place had come and gone. Today, I was a bad doobie (I guess,) and I basically told those people what I think of them. I realize this showed my bad side to my public, but I even pray that those people don’t so much as come in and ever read my blog again. They can go eff themselves. Their behavior stole time from people who actually need my time and treat me with basic respect, which effing makes me even more mad than just having my personal time completely wasted…because I could have just used the extra time working for and helping those people who show me a normal level of respect I’d expect from anyone. I mean, if I’m gonna spend my time trying to help people, I hope its time spent helping people who deserve that time, and who appreciate the fact that I give them my time. So, if you are one of those people who wasted my time and acted like a complete A-hole, don’t read the Cat’s Rants site, don’t bother me, and please go directly to hell. Do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars, just go directly to hell. 🙂 May you have more than forty hours working at your job for absolutely no compensation ahead of you, as well. That’s my holiday wish just for you. 😀

Lastly, I don’t care if this entry makes me lose some business – because its only business from the type of people I wouldn’t want to deal with, anyways – so…good, please don’t bother me if you’re an irresponsible time-wasting jackass.

Thanks for listening to me, and I hope to continue having some really awesome people sent my way…maybe I filled my dealing-with-jackasses quota for like…the decade – its only got a little more than a year left to it, but I sure hope so. 😉

Arrgh. That would burn me up something fierce.
That said, you’re a human being and you are running a business. They knew they were suppposed to pay for your services, so you have every right to tell ’em what you think of their behavior. They basically bought something which they did not pay for.
Here’s hoping November (and 2009 onwards) is better…
(the “twinkies at a fat camp” line was hilarious, though…:D )

Well, here’s the thing…the consult is “free.” In saying that, I mean, its free like if I help you finance a car for free, I probably expect you’d buy the car, and let’s just say in that comparison, Cat’s the one who gets the money in the sale of the car, not the financing thereof if I compare it to purchasing a spell. I can give a price quote in 10 minutes. A whole plan and counselling prior to the spell? That averages 2.5 hours. Some people only take 30 minues of that…but some take six hours. Either way, no one had a spellcasting done…they just wasted a lot of my time promising to buy a spell and have a spell plan worked out. :X Am I making sense? Probably not. I was like an angry little elf today, and worked myself up…I need to see traits number one and two of the previous post, LOL. 😉

Damn that’s really rough.It’s sad that people who go that “extra mile in helping,” like you do, have to deal with people of this nature. Guess they can’t be avoided, but good to let it out, it’s healthy!! Hope November is a great month for you and all your clients treat you like u like u treat us 🙂

As someone who has used Cats services I want to make sure everyone knows that she goes out of her way to be thorough, helpful and friendly in her consults. I’m sorry people waste your time Cat they are wasting their own if they actually wanted results. Cat delivers those even better.
