Fast Money! Fast Luck!

Hey all,

As our dear friend Julia, over at A Higher Source Spiritual Supply is offering a special on “Red Fast Luck Oil” (also known as Zora Neale Hurston’s Fast Luck, Fast Luck, New Orleans Fast Luck, and Southern Fast Luck, and easily identifiable by its red color and smell,) and giving out a free sample with your orders from her, I decided to give you all a little fun “Fast Money, Fast Luck” spell. 😀

This is a spell I have several variations of so if I’ve posted something similar before I apologize. It doesn’t have a mark on the page which is what I do if I’ve published the spell. If you get bored, or want to see some other uses, please check out Julia’s blog post where she gives out some easy ways to use Fast Luck oil. 🙂

You will need:
Lemongrass, powdered
Cinnamon, powdered
Bay leaves, crushed or powdered,
Irish moss, flakes or powdered,
Allspice, powdered
(please see for great powdered herbs!)
Fast Luck oil (Red Fast Luck,)
Money Drawing oil
Crown of success oil
One yellow-ey orange figural candle representitive of the sex of the petitioner/person the spell is being cast for (please go to Stormsong.org for this if you do not know where to find it.)
2 orange tapers,
1 purple taper,
1 green taper
A pin or a nail
A large cake tin like a sheet cake tin,
A piece of paper (white or a piece of brown paper bag,) with all edges torn off,
A black pen
Fast luck incense OR a charcoal burning incense holder with a charcoal disk (see image 1.)
A small biological item from the petitioner/person the spell is being cast for – the witness sample (which is the proper name for a bio item,) should be something like hair, blood, finger/toenail piece – NOT A PHOTO, ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN TOUCHED, OR A NON-BIOLOGICAL WITNESS SAMPLE.
Optional: Sand, four candleholders of the same size, a heat-proof tile.

This spell is best performed on a Sunday, either at dawn to 11am (as in start no later than 11am) or during a waxing (growing) moon.

Setup:
In a seperate container (a bowl, cup, etc,) mix your herbal ingredients (lemongrass, bay, irish moss, cinnamon, allspice,) together til blended. Set aside.

Using your piece of paper and black pen, write the petitioner’s name SEVEN times like this – replacing “firstname” with the petitioner’s first name and “Lastname” with the petitioner’s lastname:

Now turn the paper so that the names are running vertically (please see this post, figure four, for help on name papers,) and write the following command SEVEN times across the names:
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!

Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
If you do not like my command, you may replace it with your own, keeping in mind to use the present tense, and to avoid using negatives (no, not, never.)

Spit into the center of the paper, and sprinkle a small amount of your herbs into the center of the paper. Now fold it in half, folding TOWARDS YOU. Fold the paper again in half, folding TOWARDS you. Set aside.

Clear a spot large enough on your altar to place your cake tin on. Should you have decided to use the option of using sand, place about 1/2″-1″ (inch) of sand evenly over the bottom of the cake tin. Should you also have chosen to use a heat proof tile (a great idea if your altar is wood, plastic, or flammable,) place this so that it is beaneath the center of your cake tin.

Using your nail or pin, carve the initials of the person the spells is being cast on over the heart area of the figural candle. Now, turn the candle so you have the base pointing upwards and carve out a little hole in the base, and place the witness sample/bio item into the hole. To secure this, use a few candle drippings from a spare candle.

Hold the figural candle in both hands, envisioning the petitioner/person-spell-is-being-cast on, and try to send gold, green and violet energy into the candle as you envision the petitioner having lots of money and good luck. If you feel you can’t send energy, just sit, holding the candle for a few moments, while you envision the petitioner with lots of money and good luck. Place about 1-2 drops of each oil into the center of your right hand, and, using seven pulls/strokes upwards (BASE to WICK,) anoint the candle in the oils. Repeat using each of your taper candles.

Sprinkle a bit of your herbal mixture on each of your taper candles and your figural candle.

If you have chosen to use candle holders, secure your taper candles in them now.

Place your figural candle into the center of your cake tin. Place the name paper so it is beneath both your cake tin, and your figural candle.

Using your right hand, make an X shape by pouring your herbal mixture into 2 lines in the cake tin, with the figural candle being in the center of the x. Place your four taper candles at the end points of the X, starting at the 10 o’ clock position, and moving clockwise, in this order: orange, green, orange, violet.

Place your incense holder and charcoal to the east of your altar set up. Light the charcoal. Either using the incense or a bit of your herbal mixture, sprinkle some incense onto your burner.

The spell:

Light your candles in the order which they were placed down into the cake tin (figural, orange, green, orange, violet.) Holding both hands on either side of the altar set up, envision energy pulling up from the earth and down from the sky and into your body, now
“see” the energy flowing into the four candles, and along the line of of the herbal mixture, and into the figural candle, and say (assuming this is for yourself – if you are spellcasting for another, please use their name and he/she, him/her in place of “I, me,” etc.):

Money, abundance, good fortune come to me!
Come to me weath, happiness and prosperity!
My money grows, my good fortune abounds!
My wallet grows fat, my wealth increases!
I have lots of money in my wallet, and good fortune to spare,
Happiness, wealth, success comes to me from everywhere!
This spell shall not reverse, nor place upon me any curse,
As is my will – so be it!

This is just my personal chant, and you can alter it to your preference, keeping in mind to use only the present tense, and to avoid using negatives (no, not, never.)

Allow the candles to burn out. When they have done so, take your name paper, and bury this beneath or near by your front door.
