  • Hey my dear Occulites,

Before you get into today’s Q&A, I just wanted to let you know that “Neverfold.net” has hijacked my link (despite 5 requests to REMOVE IT,) and has put it on their gambling site. πŸ˜‰ Glad to know that not only are they using my copyrighted name, they are also trying to send gamblers to me. Please note: If you sell your house, family, or life to a casino so you can gamble more, I want NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU! So, gamblers are welcome on my site, but degenerate gamblers are not. Past that, we’re all good! πŸ˜€

    Alrightey, let’s get to it.

Q: How many times should I cast the same love spell on a person, without them showing any effect, before I try a new one?

A: I think twice is the right number. Why 2 times? Because several of my readers are new to spellcasting and may or may not have messed up some part of the spell on the first try, making said spell flounder. Even at my experienced level, I often try the same spell twice… I mean, maybe I thought it to death, obsessed, or in some manner worked against my spell. Like you, I am only human!

Furthermore, if the target is effected, but the petitioner “messes up” and loses their target again through their own actions (stalking, coming on too fast, arguing, etc,) this is NOT spell-failure… In fact, this is failure on the part of the petitioner to change themselves in such a manner as to prevent the relationship from falling apart for the SAME REASON IT FELL APART IN THE FIRST PLACE!! That’s not cool. :S If you came on too fast, or you obsessed, or you fought with your target, you need to address your actions as well as that of your intended’s actions. Relationships are not just about one person, and if they are….a one sided relationship will fall apart quickly!

So if you “messed up” your manifestation with bad behavior, but had a good result from your spell before doing so, try the same spell again. It worked the first time. πŸ˜‰

Q: I am seeking help for a “commitmentphobic” party, and…

A: Stop right there. πŸ˜‰ As a fellow commitmentphobe (who is still able to commit but fears the s*** out of it all the same,) I can tell you that commitphobes have only one true fear, and its not dating you (well, maybe – are you nuts?) Nor is that fear REALLY committing. In fact, commitmentphobia is more a fear of rejection than anything else. Sure, we commitmentphobes are usually (not always) outgoing, fun to be with, and whatnot, but in the end we fear settling or settling down because if that person REJECTS US FIRST, or dear me, we are going to just have made a bad choice, and all of that comes from the fact we let ourselves get duped and trust that person, etc, etc. See, it looks like a fear of commitment, but its more “reject this commitment before it rejects me.” If you want a commitmentphobe, stress less on trying to get the commitment itself, and look more into seeking getting the TRUST of the person you are trying to get to commit to you. Once you have their trust, they will feel safer about taking the next step away from “bed buddy.” πŸ˜‰ Well, a little love mojo doesn’t hurt either…try going for the love spells to deepen the other person’s feelings – not the stuff, neccissarily, to tie them down to you.

On that note, if you are someone who always chases the ladies and gents who are naturally polyamorous (that’s not a commitmentphobe – its someone who always needs more than one partner,) then either change who you seek to date, or THEN use the spellcraft to get them to stick with only you.

Q: What, in your opinion, is the worst mistake people make with love spells?

A: Oh, dear, there isn’t one WORST, more like a list of worst offenses. πŸ˜‰ So, let’s start…

The main issue is that people refuse to admit to themselves or others that part or some of their actions were a part of the cause of the break. Nagging, whining, lying, cheating, constantly questioning someone else’s love for you, obsessing, being posssessive, being selfish, being cruel, being argumentitive, unsupportive, etc…these are all things people do, and then act as if this was normal. NORMAL?! Listen, in super-small doses, its normal. If you can’t recognize that your own behavior had a hand in the demise of a relationship, nor can you recognize you need to alter your own behavior to make a relationship work (within reason, of course,) then you are not going to be super-successful with spellcasting.

Another issue is the OBSESSIVE PERSONA… Oh, dear, I’m already terrified of you and we’ve never met. πŸ˜‰ The obsessive persona refuses to let go of the situation. This type of person is constantly “running into someone by mistake on purpose,” constantly dwells on why, how, what, where, when the spell will manifest, is always going out of their way to find signs (often projecting a sign where there is none,) sets a “doom date” for a spell to fail (thus sending out the message you want the spell to fail,) and is just…well, overly obsessive. This is the worst thing you can do about any spell. Do your work, and let it go, and leave it OFF YOUR MIND.

Then there is the “Too fast, too soon,” people. Listen, you aren’t likely to have a full on great commitment overnight – even with the best spell, love takes work to keep it working. Stop being so rushed! Anything worth having is earned through effort and perseverance. (Oh, dear the “give me everything with no work whatsoever,” people just left the Rant Room. Good.)

    I guess that’s my top 3. πŸ˜‰

Q: How do I decide between the use of pink candles or red candles in love spells?

A: Pink usually denotes romantic and tender love; red is more for sexual and passionate love.

Q: I have tried not obsessing about my ex/intended/spell, but I can’t seem to! What do I do?

A: My first recommendation involves keeping your mind actively engaged in thinking tasks, where it is difficult to allow it to wander to the “what if”s and daydreaming, and needless worry. You might try actually relaxing, too. You know, just vegging and reading a good book. πŸ˜‰

If all else fails, you may have a psychological issue with obsessing, or just a bad habit with it (not all things are true isses of a psychological nature!) Start by writing out all of your fears, and worries, and then, when done, x-ing out all of this, ripping it up, making a coffin (a shoebox works,) and burying it, preferably in a graveyard. Then try making a bath where you’ve put 1 cup chamomile, 1 cup lavender, and 1/2 cup epsom salt. Soak in it. You will feel better.

If that doesn’t work…well, you have to do some work to heal yourself of your obsessive issues. Some of it might be magical, some may be medical. :S

Q: When do I know when to give up on getting what I want, or my spell working?

A: We all know I do not subscribe to the “git ova it,” school of thought. The more you tell someone to get over it, the more they cling to the person or thing they are told to get over. πŸ˜› Instead, I use this as a gauge – if you can say yes to any of the following, its time to move on:

*Has your desire to be with this person taken over your life to such an extent as damaging personal relationships with others, or with harming your work performance?

*Are you considering harming the object of your desire because you feel they “must” come to you and be yours, or “pay” for not coming to you? (For example, “Love me, or else!”)

*Is the object of your affections someone who was and still is married or engaged to another person?

Q: Will you tell me which spell best-suits my situation?

A: I put this here, because, once again, I am not the freaking blog-google. Sorry. Most of my love/recon spells say what their uses are for, and from there, you should be able to decide if it suits the situation. If you have questions on a PARTICULAR SPELL, please just contact me and ask.

Otherwise, no, I will tell you what TYPE of spell would be best for your situation, but I will not sit here and go over several spells to pick one for you…and inevitably if I did so, most of you would not want that spell and tell me to look again! (I know, its happened several times before, hahaha.)

Q: Is it bad to do a love spell on one person, and then date/sleep with another person?

A: I’m sure I’ll catch several levels of hell for saying my real opinion on this, but… In most cases, it would just depend. What do I mean? I mean, if you go out and seduce your intended’s best friend? That would hurt your chances with your intended and your spell…. If you go out whoring famously where your intended sees this? That could hurt your spell. If you go out on dates? That might not hurt your spell…it depends on how clandenstine the public part of the date is, and how much of a kiss and tell your date is.

However, past that, if your intended is no where to be seen and would not likely know of your indescretions with others, I don’t think it will effect the spell at all. If anything, it will relieve some of your worrying and waiting for the spell to manifest, and you’re not a monk/nun, so go out and get some lovin…and use protection when you do. πŸ™‚

One thing? The other person you used for your own amusement is apt to be ticked off if you didn’t let them know they were just a “bed buddy.”

Q: I want this person, but I want them to be more honest, want commitment, like cookies, enjoy doing sports (which they hate,) lose some weight, and…

A: You’re not in love with that person, just in love with the person you want them to be. I recommend casting a spell to bring the person with the PERSONALITY you love to you. πŸ™‚

    Hope this was educational!

  • Hey Occulties,

Now that I’ve assured my creepy Googler that I am always here to answer any question you may have about me (data mining and net-stalking being so passe and so stalkerish,) let’s all get down to our favorite topic… The Occult!!!!

Your old friend, Cat, was thinking today about something I don’t speak much of…which is the paranormal/spirit world. Some of you have asked for some of Miss Cat’s “scary stories” which I suspect is that you want to know about ghosties and scaries and things of that nature. Since I’m of the mind to yell such gems as “Shut the f*** up! I’m sleeping! Bother me tomorrow!” to most disembodied spirits, I am sure I’m the practitioner with the least amount of ghost stories. πŸ˜‰ But I have a few, most of them having to do with when I was in college.

I went to college in a town called Plymouth. Its interesting to note that Plymouth is where the Baker and Pemigewassett rivers meet, and this is where a crazed person named Thomas Baker massacred all of the Pemigewassett American Indian women, children, and old people while the men were out hunting. He killed them all on that bank. Apparently he was merciless and horrid. When the Pemi men came and found their families horribly massacred, they went over by a place presently called Langdon Park (I was told, as its a big park, it was behind where the high school is now,) to track the person who slaughtered their families, and met up with Ol’ Tom Baker, who managed to then kill all of the greif and rage stricken men. Let me just say, there are parts of Langdon Park you just don’t want to hang out very long in. You get a bad “I should leave here now,” feeling for no reason.

Anyhow, because back in the day whites were congratulated for mercilessly destroying peaceful peoples (who weren’t white,) Baker was known as a “hero” for just needlessly killing those who’d never harmed him, and were no threat to him. I suspect the local native peoples spirits never quite got over this.

Why is this important? As far as I’ve experienced there is rampant spiritual activity in Plymouth, usually near where the Pemi and Baker Rivers meet, and also in Langdon Park. Also Plymouth has a serious fire problem…as in lots of places seem to catch fire with no good reason. I’m not saying the fire martial didn’t/couldn’t find a reason, I’m saying that I live near a town of 35,000 people (Plymouth was about 5000 permanent residents when I lived there,) and there isn’t even a tenth of the fire problem there that Plymouth has. It just seems like spirits get trapped in Plymouth, and weird crap happens all of the time.

Now that I’ve given some background, moving on to some ghostey stories.

When I was in my fourth year at college, I lived with a girl who was interested in the occult as I am. It was my second year in that particular apartment (for those of you who remember my “I killed the TV” story, this would be that apartment,) and I really liked living there because it was “clean,” and spirit free (ie clean.) Since she’d just moved in that year, I didn’t realize that she was one of those people who apparently think teasing dead people is fun, but let me tell you what happened.

So, according to what I am told, one night my roommate and a couple of friends had a bit too much to drink, and knowing about Langdon Park, they decide to go out there and bother dead people. So, they go to a spot, and having a large crystal or crystal ball with them, attempted to try to get a spirit to enter the ball. I am told all sorts of bad noises started coming out of the woods, and since they weren’t sure if it was a bear or a dead person, they decided to flee the scene, being sure to cross running water (since its difficult for a spirit to cross running water without a vessel, but can be done if you make a portal, which they did not make a portal,) and all of them return home.

It was probably a few days after this happened when I was meditating one day, just doing energy work, and I felt something like a dark cloud or a dark enegy in my bedroom. I didn’t think a lot about it and started pushing white energy out of myself to fill the room so as to clear out whatever the dark energy was. At first it moved like a bubble would move, trapped in a bag of water… So, it obviously was a bit more intelligent than I’d thought. Getting annoyed I just tried to push out enough energy to fill the house the apartment was in, and then the energy shot onto me and jerked me by the shoulders, and goddamn was that thing COLD. I could feel it looking me in the eye. I got up, called a friend, and the living room started to get cold. You could literally feel the cold drifting out of my wall into the living room. I had an idea I had to get some MAJOR MOJO done to get rid of this thing, so I was trying to ignore it.

My roommate comes home and I confront her, saying, “I loved this place because it was clean, and now today when I was meditiating something attacked me!”

She told me it was probably something following her around, and she was sorry. Asked if spirits could really not pass running water. I say “Well, if they have a vessel or something to carry them they can, or you need to make a portal for them to do so. Why?”

This was years ago, so I can’t remember if she told me or her boyfriend at the time told me, but I do know what I was told… When they got out of Langdon Park that night, everyone went home. Her boyfriend at the time was the owner of the large crystal, and he had wrapped it up and thrown it under his bed. Strange phenomena started happening immediately….starting with that he heard a horrible noise that night, like shattering, and moving on to more sinister things, like people feeling like something pushed them, that uber creepy sensation of something glaring at you, doors slamming, lights going on and off, etc. He had checked the crystal under his bed (which I swear was in a ball shape,) and the thing had shattered. Not when he put it there…it look like it exploded.

So, me being me, I was like “You guys made fun of and gave crap to the spirit of a dead Native American who died tragically, called it into a crystal for ‘fun’ and then when you got scared, you carried it home with you? Um, what are you doing? What were you thinking!?”

I got the reply “Well you said we just had to cross running water if a spirit was chasing us!”

To which I said, “I meant that like, if you’re somewhere and have a bad feeling, you cross the water…you don’t invite the f*cking thing to get into a vessel so it can cross with you!”

Needless to say, I had to have my house cleansed of all spirits. That was fun. Nothing like trying to sleep with something staring at you. πŸ˜› But at the least, we got the minimum of it. Her boyfriend and his roommates had crazy spiritual crap happening constantly for quite some time.

Lesson to learn: Do not mess with the dead for your own amusement.

I know, not too scary, but hey.

The house I’d pledged my sorority in was very haunted. It was so haunted that the people who lived there after us (2 other Greek houses,) reported the same stories we had, and this was coming from people who had never heard these stories from people who graduated before they were even in school. :S

So, before I had pledged, the four sisters moving into the house that year (the lame-ass college doesn’t give us free houses, and all Greeks live off campus,) and so on the night they’d moved in everyone was upstairs. They heard a loud “What the f***!” yelled by a man, over on the stair well. Then they heard a door slam. The thing is the doors were all locked, and the only guy in there was one of the sisters boyfriends and he a.) didn’t sound like that man, and b.) wasn’t screaming at the time to which there are witnesses. When everyone ran to see what happened, there was no explanation. They shrugged it off at the time.

A few nights later, one of my sisters awoke to feeling someone touching her leg. Of course she was startled, so she sat up, and a man she described as “transparent and blue, and butt naked,” got up and walked THROUGH her bedroom door. The man appeared a few more times. He was always naked, and usually looking at the sleeper. I’d been told about the blue-man in this room by several people who lived there afterwards (including guys,) and he apparently likes that particular room, and leans over and stares at people. (I had told this story to someone some years ago, and the perv got her panties all wet thinking the ghost was trying to seduce my sister, which, no, it wasn’t the case, sorry to disappoint. She then went all over other mail boards claiming it was a ghost trying to seduce until i was like “No bitch, that’s just your fantasy, sorry.” She tried to argue, but I was like “A.) my sister would have told me that, B.) my friends who lived there later would have told me that, and C.) guys lived there and if such was the case those particular men would have run screaming into the night if that crap ever happened to them. He was trying to get a look at the sleeper, not trying to get his disembodied ass laid.”)

When I was pledging, my pledge sister and I were over by the bathroom one day, and we noticed the basement door was open. It wasn’t an easy door to open, as it stuck on a warped part of the floor. Wondering if someone was down there, we peeked down and called out to see if someone was. No one answered so we shut the door, and it was “locked” by a little latch and hook, so we locked it. A few minutes later (I think I was on the toilet at the time, haha,) I watched as the hook pulled up out of the latch (there is no way in physics this could happen,) and then the door pulled itself open, literally making a noise as it scraped over the floor. You had to PULL that door open. Needless to say that was not a fun peeing experience for yours truly.

Often in that house, you could feel someone staring at you – literally staring at the back of your neck and breathing on your neck…but there was no smell. One of my pledge sisters was shoved by it on occaision.

One night after I got in to my sorority, I decided I’d sleep at our house instead of my dorm room which was a farther walk from where I’d been. I climbed up to an extra bedroom we’d had, and laid down. I could FEEL something glaring at me. Feeling uncomfortable I looked up and saw freaking red eyes. I decided I’d sleep in my dorm that night after all.

And the other people who lived there after us? They all had a lot of the same stories.

And last but not least on my list:
So, about 3 years ago a fellow came to me and said he was having a problem with bad spirits. Being someone in my profession I get this all of the time, and most the time its just someone scaring themselves.

So, I was like, tell me the story.

He tells me that he’s been finding himself cursing and saying strange things to himself, losing periods of time, like he just can’t remember what happened during them, and also that he travels for work and that people in other countries, which are countries people oft do not speak English in, have been saying the same curse words to him, and they would be people he never met. If he asked them about it, they just looked confused, and didn’t know what he was talking about.

Well, this sounded like he was being ridden by a demon, so I asked a few questions which generally define if someone is being ridden or possessed. He answered to my satisfaction, and I referred him to someone who could help. As I did so, I got a sharp pain in my left hand. A few minutes later a bite mark was clearly visible on my hand…like you could see the imprint of teeth clearly, it was quite identifiable.

I was thankful I passed that case on to someone else when I saw that. πŸ˜‰

    Hope you enjoyed this offering!!

  • Hey all,

Just wanted to publicly thank my dear sorority-sistah Jen, and my dear little-bro from AO, Otto, for coming up to the wilderness to visit me!

I LOVE YOU BOTH!!! Thanks for the great times, and definitely thanks for hanging with your old friend Cat who loves you both!

    ~Cat

PS- No, I guess I haven’t changed much! LOL! …Actually I have but I just revert to my evil old self around my old friends. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! >;)

  • All events can be used to your advantage – you just have to find a way to make them advantageous for yourself. Rather then despair or take on a bleak outlook, brainstorm for a way to make every event in your life further you on your road to success.

Perhaps this is a play on “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade,” except that I personally believe that if life doesn’t hand you some sugar and water with the lemons, your lemonade is really going to suck.

  • Hey all,

As our dear friend Julia, over at A Higher Source Spiritual Supply is offering a special on “Red Fast Luck Oil” (also known as Zora Neale Hurston’s Fast Luck, Fast Luck, New Orleans Fast Luck, and Southern Fast Luck, and easily identifiable by its red color and smell,) and giving out a free sample with your orders from her, I decided to give you all a little fun “Fast Money, Fast Luck” spell. πŸ˜€

This is a spell I have several variations of so if I’ve posted something similar before I apologize. It doesn’t have a mark on the page which is what I do if I’ve published the spell. If you get bored, or want to see some other uses, please check out Julia’s blog post where she gives out some easy ways to use Fast Luck oil. πŸ™‚

    You will need:
    Lemongrass, powdered
    Cinnamon, powdered
    Bay leaves, crushed or powdered,
    Irish moss, flakes or powdered,
    Allspice, powdered
(please see Mountain Rose Herbs. A herbs, health and harmony c for great powdered herbs!)
Fast Luck oil (Red Fast Luck,)
    Money Drawing oil
    Crown of success oil
One yellow-ey orange figural candle representitive of the sex of the petitioner/person the spell is being cast for (please go to Stormsong.org for this if you do not know where to find it.)
    2 orange tapers,
    1 purple taper,
    1 green taper
    A pin or a nail
A large cake tin like a sheet cake tin,
A piece of paper (white or a piece of brown paper bag,) with all edges torn off,
    A black pen
Fast luck incense OR a charcoal burning incense holder with a charcoal disk (see image 1.)
A small biological item from the petitioner/person the spell is being cast for – the witness sample (which is the proper name for a bio item,) should be something like hair, blood, finger/toenail piece – NOT A PHOTO, ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN TOUCHED, OR A NON-BIOLOGICAL WITNESS SAMPLE.
Optional: Sand, four candleholders of the same size, a heat-proof tile.

Censer-flash This spell is best performed on a Sunday, either at dawn to 11am (as in start no later than 11am) or during a waxing (growing) moon.

    Setup:
In a seperate container (a bowl, cup, etc,) mix your herbal ingredients (lemongrass, bay, irish moss, cinnamon, allspice,) together til blended. Set aside.

Using your piece of paper and black pen, write the petitioner’s name SEVEN times like this – replacing “firstname” with the petitioner’s first name and “Lastname” with the petitioner’s lastname:
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname

Now turn the paper so that the names are running vertically (please see this post, figure four, for help on name papers,) and write the following command SEVEN times across the names:
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
Lots of money fast, good luck fast!
If you do not like my command, you may replace it with your own, keeping in mind to use the present tense, and to avoid using negatives (no, not, never.)

Spit into the center of the paper, and sprinkle a small amount of your herbs into the center of the paper. Now fold it in half, folding TOWARDS YOU. Fold the paper again in half, folding TOWARDS you. Set aside.

Clear a spot large enough on your altar to place your cake tin on. Should you have decided to use the option of using sand, place about 1/2″-1″ (inch) of sand evenly over the bottom of the cake tin. Should you also have chosen to use a heat proof tile (a great idea if your altar is wood, plastic, or flammable,) place this so that it is beaneath the center of your cake tin.

Using your nail or pin, carve the initials of the person the spells is being cast on over the heart area of the figural candle. Now, turn the candle so you have the base pointing upwards and carve out a little hole in the base, and place the witness sample/bio item into the hole. To secure this, use a few candle drippings from a spare candle.

Hold the figural candle in both hands, envisioning the petitioner/person-spell-is-being-cast on, and try to send gold, green and violet energy into the candle as you envision the petitioner having lots of money and good luck. If you feel you can’t send energy, just sit, holding the candle for a few moments, while you envision the petitioner with lots of money and good luck. Place about 1-2 drops of each oil into the center of your right hand, and, using seven pulls/strokes upwards (BASE to WICK,) anoint the candle in the oils. Repeat using each of your taper candles.

Sprinkle a bit of your herbal mixture on each of your taper candles and your figural candle.

If you have chosen to use candle holders, secure your taper candles in them now.

Place your figural candle into the center of your cake tin. Place the name paper so it is beneath both your cake tin, and your figural candle.

Using your right hand, make an X shape by pouring your herbal mixture into 2 lines in the cake tin, with the figural candle being in the center of the x. Place your four taper candles at the end points of the X, starting at the 10 o’ clock position, and moving clockwise, in this order: orange, green, orange, violet.Orange man

Place your incense holder and charcoal to the east of your altar set up. Light the charcoal. Either using the incense or a bit of your herbal mixture, sprinkle some incense onto your burner.

    The spell:

Light your candles in the order which they were placed down into the cake tin (figural, orange, green, orange, violet.) Holding both hands on either side of the altar set up, envision energy pulling up from the earth and down from the sky and into your body, now
“see” the energy flowing into the four candles, and along the line of of the herbal mixture, and into the figural candle, and say (assuming this is for yourself – if you are spellcasting for another, please use their name and he/she, him/her in place of “I, me,” etc.):

Money, abundance, good fortune come to me!
Come to me weath, happiness and prosperity!
My money grows, my good fortune abounds!
My wallet grows fat, my wealth increases!
I have lots of money in my wallet, and good fortune to spare,
Happiness, wealth, success comes to me from everywhere!
This spell shall not reverse, nor place upon me any curse,
As is my will – so be it!

This is just my personal chant, and you can alter it to your preference, keeping in mind to use only the present tense, and to avoid using negatives (no, not, never.)

Allow the candles to burn out. When they have done so, take your name paper, and bury this beneath or near by your front door.

I’m sure there will be questions so email me, or leave them in the comments box! πŸ™‚

  • Hey my Occulties!

So I racked my little Hoodoo-eriffic brain this morning, and I tried to find something for you that all of you will enjoy.

This was not easy… I’ve been working on OriginalNinjaCat products (actual products to advertise this here blog…but they are SOOOOO FUNNY if you are occult minded that I keep laughing at my own jokes….very embarrassing,) I’ve been working like a slave on that book, AND, despite having a really busy time at work and lots of fun people to work with? I put up a 10% off special on all spells from March 6-March 13. I know, I know, I just keep making more work for myself. BUT if I don’t work, I get lazy and watch the TV too much, hehe.

That aside, I realized I hadn’t made you all an article in a long time. How atrociously uncool of me. πŸ˜‰

    So without further ado:

Spell to get contact from another person

    You will need:
A piece of brown paper bag with edges torn NOT CUT,
A piece of a feather from a parrot,
Tobacco (from a cigarette or cigar is fine,)
    A small magnet or lodestone,
    A black pen
A spool of orange silk thread or orange silk ribbon
    Spit
A cigar or cigarette (seperate from the afore mentioned tobacco)
Optional: Rum, photo or personal item of spell-target

    Spell:
Place your piece of brown paper bag in front of you while keeping your spell-target in your mind’s eye (if this is difficult for you, you may keep a photo or image of the spell target near you to look at,) write the spell target’s name 9 times like this:

Firstname Lastname (placing their first name first, then last name,)
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname
    Firstname Lastname

Turn the name paper so that the names are running vertically (up and down,) and write across them, 9 times:
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)
Contact (your first name, last name)

Now, still keeping a picture of your target in your mind’s eye, work some spit up in your mouth (if you are using rum, put about a swallow of rum in your mouth and roll it around in your mouth for 10 seconds,) and spit onto the paper to soak it with spit.

Envisioning your target trying to contact you,) sprinkle the paper liberally with tobacco, then place your magnet/lodestone in the middle, and add your piece of feather. Either work up some non-alcoholic spit, or put a bit more rum in your mouth, and spit again onto your paper and herb/magnet/feather.)

Gently pull the paper together to form a sort of ball. Be gentle with the wet paper and make sure you are not tearing it. Gently using your thread/ribbon, begin to wrap the paper in the thread/ribbon, wrapping CLOCKWISE. Once you have covered the surface area of the piece of bag/ball, you may put a bit of tension on the string, and wrap a bit tighter, still wrapping CLOCKWISE. You will want to “run out” the entire spool of thread (about a mid-size spool,) or of the ribbon (a larger spool,) until the piece resembles something along the lines of a big ball of string. πŸ˜‰ Make sure the bag is not showing and your bag contents are not spilling out.

With natural spit or with some rum worked around in your mouth for a few seconds, while again envisioning your target contacting you, spit on the ball.

Light your whole cigar or your whole cigarette (not the whole thing, but the tip of it. I am just implying that its not the bits of tobacco but the actual cigar or cigarrette,) and as you exhale smoke onto the ball, say “(Full name of target,) contact (full name of petitioner); (first name of target,) contact me!” Say this a total of nine times as you exhale smoke on the ball. If you have chosen to use a personal item or a photo of your spell target, try to position it beneath the ball so that your exhale smoke onto the ball, some of the smoke hits the image/personal item. While you are doing this, you should keep the image of your target contacting you.

If you prefer your target to call, leave this charm near the telephone.
If you prefer your target to email, leave this charm near your computer.
If you have no preference of how the person makes contact or want to chance the target actually stopping by (mwhahahaha,) bury the charm beneath or near your front doorstep.

An interesting alteration I have to this spell which appears beneath it in my book, is that I took this to a different way making a “contact jack ball.”

To do this, you will want to create the item the same up to where you have placed your tobacco, feather, and magnet lodestone into the paper and wrapped it up.

From here, you will want to chew a LOT of ORANGE, LIGHT BLUE, or WHITE gum. I didn’t specify a flavor, so chew out most of the flavor. You will want at least 2 pieces of bubble gum, or at least 3-4 sticks of chewing gum. (If you’re using rum, haha, now you smell like you’re trying to cover that up. Lovely.) Once you have chewed your gum, take it and wrap it around your wrapped up wet name paper holding the items, to cover this in your chewed gum, while keeping a mental image of your target contacting you in your mind. With jackballs, I’ve noticed a really efficient way here is to roll a bit of the gum into a little strip, and swirl it around the stuff to be balled into the gum clockwise. HOWEVER, if you have a favored method, by all means, use it.

After covering the ball in your gum, take your orange thread, and wrap it around your gummy ball CLOCKWISE, still thinking of your target contacting you while you wrap the spool of thread around the ball. When you have only about 4 inches of thread left on the spool, tie the thread so it won’t come loose, then tie a loop on the end of the thread.

Placing an image of your target by the ball, spin the ball clockwise from your right index finger while saying “(Full name of target,) contact (full name of petitioner); (first name of target,) contact me (or first name of petitioner)!” an odd number of times (3, 5, 7, 9.) You may exhale tobacco smoke onto the ball and image while you do so, but if you do not choose to exhale smoke onto the ball, at least keep a strong image of your target making contact while you spin the ball clockwise. Do the “spinning” exercise up to once a day or at least once a week until the target makes contact.

I know there will be questions, so contact me or leave them in the “comments” box if you have them. πŸ˜‰
